Chris Slightham (President/Broker of Record), President and driving force behind this well established and dynamic real estate company is the third generation in a family business steeped in the values that have made it a legend in the industry.

Jeff Slightham (Vice President/Broker) is the newest addition to the already dynamic team at Royal LePage Signature Realty. Jeff began his real estate career in 2002 with a boutique commercial appraisal operation located in Toronto. A year later he made the decision to follow the footsteps of his family by entering into residential sales with a Royal LePage Corporate office in the downtown core. After two years of gaining invaluable experience he made the leap into management, joining his brother and the Royal LePage Signature team at the beginning of 2005. Jeff is the third generation in the family run business from which he draws over forty years of real estate experience.

Jim Ouellette (Director of Business Development) is passionate about real estate. Nothing fires him up more than empowering associates to reach beyond their expectations and propel their careers to the next level of success. Jim’s personal experience in sales—as a perennial top producer—gives him a unique perspective in his management role. That’s why at Royal LePage Signature, the sales associates come first.
